What does stereo do for my sound?

Stereo creates a three-dimensional and therefore more authentic listening experience. Just like our ears, the location of a sound source can be determined by differences in level and delay.

By having two microphones paired in a cardioid configuration, you can create perfectly balanced stereo recordings.

The LCT 040 MATCH is built to last while being lightweight thanks to its CNC-machined aluminum housing, which weighs just 44g or 1.6oz. Thanks to its space-saving shape, positioning and configuration become easy tasks.

We pair our microphones precisely.

We measure the frequency response and sensitivity of every microphone we produce. Our measurement system controls the bias voltage of the capsule to adjust the sensitivity, which is therefore the same for all LCT 040 MATCH.

An algorithm compares all measured frequency responses and creates the perfect pairs. These are packaged and sent to your home.
