Before placing an order, could you please confirm the following?
* Availability: Do you currently have the Walnut finish in stock and ready to ship, or would this be a backorder? I would appreciate confirmation that the actual pair available is in Walnut.
* Shipping to Switzerland: Do you ship to Switzerland, and if so, what would the shipping cost be?
* Price: Could you please confirm the total price excluding VAT, including shipping to Switzerland?
* Delivery time: If the speakers are in stock, approximately how long would delivery to Switzerland take after payment?
* Warranty: What warranty is included with the speakers, for how long, and is it valid for a customer residing in Switzerland?
* After-sales service: If a problem arises during the warranty period, how would a warranty claim be handled for a customer in Switzerland? Would I need to ship the speakers back to you, and who would cover the associated shipping costs? I would also appreciate some information about the after-sales support available should an issue arise outside the warranty period.
