Two monitors in one thanks to Focus mode

The Solo6 incorporates a Focus full-range mode that allows you to instantly switch between classic two-way operation and a one-way mode in which the woofer becomes a full-range speaker. This mode provides an additional reference point, particularly useful for checking balance, midrange, and transient response on simpler systems.

Beryllium inverted dome tweeter

The beryllium inverted dome tweeter ensures extremely precise high-frequency reproduction, with very low directivity, excellent linearity, and high dynamic range. The tweeter baffle is acoustically optimized to guarantee precise dispersion control and a stable stereo image, even when listening at close range.

"W" diaphragm woofer: precision and neutrality

The 6.5-inch mid-bass driver uses Focal's signature "W" sandwich composite diaphragm. This design ensures a fast response, very low distortion, and excellent tonal neutrality, allowing for clear reproduction of the lower midrange and transients.

Laminar vent and controlled bass

The Solo6 features a large laminar vent that eliminates port noise and turbulence artifacts. This design delivers clean, controlled, and usable bass, even at high volume levels, while maintaining excellent performance in near-field listening situations.

Studio settings and integration

Designed to integrate seamlessly into various environments, the Solo6 offers several accessible settings on the rear panel. These include a high-pass filter, LF, LMF, and HF corrections, as well as a switchable automatic standby mode. Inserts are also available for wall or ceiling mounting using dedicated kits.
