2. Use of the website

The website allows, in particular, browsing professional and hi-fi audio products, purchasing products online, accessing editorial content, and contacting Cool Kids Audio.

The user agrees to use the website lawfully, reasonably and in accordance with these terms. Any fraudulent or abusive use, or use that harms the proper functioning of the website, may result in suspension or refusal of access.

3. Purchases and terms of sale

Any product order is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern in particular prices, payment, delivery, the right of withdrawal and legal guarantees. The Shipping Policy and the Refund & Return Policy supplement these terms.

Some features may require creating an account. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for the activities carried out from their account.
