Active 3-way passive-radiator midfield monitors (pair)

The Telegrapher Panda is the 3-way monitor of Telegrapher's new, more accessible range. Its passive-radiator loading extends the bass down to 35 Hz with fast transients, and its hybrid analog crossover ensures accurate reproduction from 35 Hz to 20 kHz. The listed price is for a pair of speakers.

A passive radiator instead of a port

The Panda uses a passive radiator to extend and support the low end while keeping transients fast, without the chuffing noise of a bass-reflex port. The HDF (high-density fibreboard) cabinet, a very dense material, limits unwanted resonances.

Analog filtering and dedicated amplification

Each speaker combines a 20.3 cm woofer, a 10.1 cm midrange and a 2.5 cm tweeter, driven by a hybrid analog crossover and two class D amplifiers (2 x 50 W). With 0.002% THD+N and 102 dB max SPL at 1 m, it is well suited to studio working levels. A status LED shows normal operation (white) or clipping (flashing red), and an automatic shutdown protects the speaker.

The Panda carries over the visual language of Telegrapher's high-end range and brings the brand's 3-way approach within reach of home studios and small to medium control rooms. Available finishes: Jaipur Orange and Trooper White.
